This module forms part of our 3-day Pipeline Integrity Management training course which is aimed to provide a comprehensive and structured approach to understanding and implementing a robust pipeline integrity management system. From the lifecycle considerations to threat assessments, defect evaluations, and corrosion control strategies, this course equips professionals with the practical skills and theoretical background needed to ensure pipeline safety and longevity. MODULE DESCRIPTION:

This module is an In-depth examination of critical aspects involved in evaluating associated risks.

MODULE OBJECTIVES:

  • Learn qualitative and quantitative risk assessment methodologies.
  • Understand various pipeline hazards, both onshore and offshore.
  • Define terms such as POF, COF, and Risk in the context of risk assessment.

MODULE OUTCOME:

Delegates will be proficient in conducting comprehensive risk assessments, enabling informed decision-making for pipeline safety and maintenance.
