AIE recently supported an onshore client to update and reclassify their critical equipment whilst re-defining their technical assurance and maintenance management systems.
Over 130,000 assets were analysed by our team using inhouse data analysis and manipulation tools. The aim of the project was to focus maintenance resources on critical items, allowing manpower and spares/consumables to be targeted and significantly optimised, especially during the COVID-19 outbreak.
This work is only a part of a wider operational excellence road map delivered by AIE.
