AIE is proud to announce our annual customer satisfaction survey results for 2020. We achieved an outstanding overall average rating of 4.54 out of 5, a further improvement on our 2019 score.
This client feedback also demonstrates AIE’s capabilities to deliver the highest quality of services even during a pandemic whilst constantly adapting to the new and changing working practices.
The survey is independently completed by all our clients against a set of 14 different questions covering topics such as value for money, experience of teams, deliverables completed on time, HSE, etc.
