Eisar

"My three main career goals before joining were to choose a profession where I'm constantly learning, work with people that I respect and be in a place where I can make a difference and I found all that in abundance and harmony at AIE.

The company's very high standards create the work journey for the employees and make it a place full of opportunities. What makes AIE even more unique is the way the organisation is structured allowing me to work amongst some of the best in the business.

Not only that but the environment is also very multicultural; I work with people from different backgrounds, experiences and ways of seeing things so it is always interesting to see how all the differences melt together towards achieving the company's mission. Working with such diverse people in the right environment creates a team spirit and provides the opportunity to learn and grow.

I am proud to work for AIE and it is the satisfaction that comes from seeing our customers happy with a long waited quality service that makes it an untradeable experience."
